| Mushroom hunting knives |
These Italian knives are specially designed for the job. They feature a curved stainless steel pruner blade for accurate cutting, a serrated scraper edge for removing soil without risk of gouging, a brush for light cleaning and a centimetre scale for checking that the mushroom is not undersized.

Deluxe knife
|
This knife has a separate compass/map scale blade (for remote forays and for verifying the orientation of slopes) and a robust nylon belt sheath. Overall 11cm long, it is constructed with a stainless steel blade and barrel, hardwood handle and natural bristle brush and is supplied with a belt sheath, as shown below.
