Sculptural toadstools

Sculptural toadstools (from the same maker as our garden mushrooms) are a more figurative interpretation of the form, with peaked caps and splayed stems.
They are finished naturally or torched, the latter producing a darker, more 'sinister' appearance. Please specify your preference when ordering

Please note that garden mushrooms and toadstools are carved from green wood. This means that on drying and wetting the timber will contract and expand which may manifest itself on the mushrooms as stress fractures and so add to their natural character. They should not be kept indoors as the contractive forces may be too great.
